ABOUT MY STORY

My name is Dr. Mildred Charles and I am a Board Certified Coach specializing in career coaching.

Like most people, I was told that if I wanted to a good life and get a good job, I had to earn a college degree to guarantee success.  

But when the money, jobs, titles, material possessions, and so called "success" eventually came, I couldn't understand why I felt so empty, unfulfilled, and unhappy. 

I spent years beating myself up because I couldn't figure out what I really wanted to do with my life. I even struggled with an imposter syndrome that caused me to feel like a complete failure with a PhD. It was a scary and lonely place to be. 

After realizing that I was searching for something deeper then the certainty of just paying bills, I decided to go on a journey to find the answers to "What kind of work was I born to do? and "What is my true career purpose?  

Even though my path was windy and unclear, I finally found the clarity, meaning, and direction I was looking for. My journey led me to my passion and my passion led me to my purpose. And that is to help you find yours.
